General Pest control
Many notable pest species can be kept at bay through a regular pest control service. Our regular pest control services include a combination of any of the following; outside chemical treatments, inside chemical treatments, bait placement, monitoring systems, and customer cooperation. For most customers, we recommend a quarterly pest control service. When you call the office, we will ask you what your current pest problems are and answer any questions you have about the service. Our professional technicians will soon be at your door to take care of the bugs!
Below, you will see the typical process of a quarterly pest control service.
Bowling Green pest control
As a local company, we know what it takes to have successful pest control for southern Kentucky. For most customers, we recommend a quarterly service. This gives enough visits and chemical applications to satisfy a majority of pest problems. However, our pest control technician may recommend E.O.M. (every other month) or Monthly visits to provide a successful service.
Step 1) Inspection
Successful pest management starts with a thorough inspection. Unique building types, residence habits, and surrounding landscaping all effect how an account should be treated. Your technician will inspect your property, then talk to you about the service they recommend. We will ask you about living habits, previous pest problems, and what you expect form our service.
Step 2) Communication
Customer to company relationships start and end with communication. On the initial visit, you will speak with your technician about your previous pest problems and pest management plan. From there, the technician will contact you before every visit to set up a time. You will have access to the technicians assigned phone number to assure timely communication. In between visits, if you experience any pest issues, you may contact the office to ask any question.
Step 3) Treatment & Extermination
Treatment plans differ for each account, but the overall strategy is the same. We start with customer education; what to expect from a pest control service, how pests enter your home, and what you can do to help us. From there, we use a system of integrated pest management. This will include exclusion efforts, glue board monitoring systems, bait stations, and chemical placements.
Step 4) Maintain
Our regularly scheduled pest control and extermination services are guaranteed for 30 days after the service. If you have any pest problems within that time frame, your pest control technician will come back free of charge. They will take any action necessary to satisfy the customer including respraying or trying another management option.

A Quarterly pest control and extermination service is our most popular service!
Our company offers a wide variety of frequencies and types of sprays. For the average home, we recommend an inside spray around the baseboards, outside spray along the foundation and eaves, and, if applicable, a crawlspace fog or bait for mice. This service will exterminate all normal home invading pests. However, we can work with you to create a customized plan. We have plans and prices that only spray inside, or only outside. And we can set up services as often as you would like, (every month, every other month, quarterly, every four months, twice a year, or even just once a year.
Pests like mosquitoes, fleas, cockroaches, and termites all require specific treatments and cannot be controlled through a “general” pest control service.
